Policies

Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been officially confirmed by Black Tie Luxury Transportation.

Passenger Policy

The maximum vehicle capacity is seven passengers. Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle, driver, and other members of their party respectfully.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers who are legally permitted to drink. Valid identification may be required. The driver must never be offered or provided alcohol.

Damage and Cleaning Policy

Customers may be responsible for excessive cleaning, damage, smoking, spills, or other costs resulting from their party's use of the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, deposit, refund, and rescheduling requirements will be provided before the reservation is finalized.
