By requesting a reservation with Black Tie Luxury Transportation, you agree to the following terms. Reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability and are not confirmed until the company acknowledges and finalizes the booking.

Reservations

A booking inquiry does not guarantee availability. Final pricing, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling requirements will be provided before the reservation is finalized.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must treat the vehicle, driver, and other members of their party respectfully. Excessive cleaning, damage, smoking, spills, or other costs may result in additional charges.

Alcohol

Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers who are legally permitted to drink. Valid identification may be required. The driver may never be offered or provided alcohol.

Limitation of Liability

Black Tie Luxury Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues outside our control, or other unforeseen events.
